Rental Opportunities

Are you looking for a place locally for your group activity?

The Old Caledon Township Hall is available periodically for rental for group functions.  You can rent according to the space you need – Theatre, Lounge, Kitchen, Dressing Rooms, Technical Booth.  Please be aware that as we produce three shows a year there will likely be a set on the stage from August-May.  For details regarding sets and how much space they take please contact us.

Rental Policies:

1. All rentals must be approved by the CTHP Board of Directors.  A CTHP member must be available for the unlocking and locking procedures.
2. All Rentals are subject to Proof of Insurance by the renting group.
3. The theatre seats 140 patrons.

Rental Rates:

Whole building Rate

• $250 per day
• Additional $25 per hour for dressing rooms and/or lighting booth (A CTHP member must remain present if the booth is used)
• $300 refundable deposit must be paid for large events

Theatre only Rate

• $150 per day
• $100 per half day
• Additional $25 per hour for use of the lighting booth (A CTHP member must remain present if the booth is used)

Basement Lounge only Rate

• $100 per day
• $75 per half day
• Additional $25 per hour for use of the dressing rooms (A CTHP member must remain present)
